Dear Sir,

I have the honour to state that I am a student of Class X of your school. Our school library is badly- equipped. A few books are available. Moreover, if a student wants to read books, s/he finds it difficult to read books there. There is no extra reading room for the students. The librarian cannot issue books to the students of class X as necessary books are not available in the library. The SSC examinees fail to make notes and their preparation is hampered. Moreover, because of the shortage of chairs and benches students are reluctant to go there. During the summer, students suffer from heat because of shortage of fans. 


Therefore. it is prayed that you would be kind enough to consider the problem and provide the library with more facilities and help the students to meet their need.
