I am writing to you to draw your attention to the fact that the train Tista Express for Dhaka-Mymensingh route has recently started delaying its services. The train neither arrives nor departs on time. Thousands of passengers including office workers, doctors, nurses, students, patients etc use this train for transportation. As the train is not punctual, passengers cannot reach their destination on time either. Office workers are late by the hours, students miss their important classes, aspiring candidates miss their job interviews and the suffering of the patients knows no bounds.


Therefore, it would be a kind request that you would look into this issue at your earliest convenience address to the issue, and put an end to the daily sufferings of the respected passengers.
