This is to inform you that I, Rabeya Haque, am an S.S.C, candidate this year and writing to you on behalf of my classmates. Our S.s.C. examination is knocking at the door and we need to be well prepared in all the subjects. English 2" Paper is one of the most important among these. On that note, I would like to inform you that we are having some dificulties in understanding some specific grammar items. It would  be a great help if you could take initiatives to arrange some extra classes taking those grammar items into consideration. Our English teacher Ms. Rokeya has also given her consent on making time for the lessons.
In the light of these circumstances, I fervently request you to consider our situation and allow us to attend some extra classes on grammar in the next two weeks and oblige thereby.
